We rely on Ario to take care of the important stuff—bridging the strategy and creative departments, guiding the young ‘uns like a mama hen, and finding this weekend’s promotion deals. He also keeps a watchful eye on every night out (he says it’s because he feels responsible but we know it’s because he has a massive case of FOMO). Before launching Vasco, Ario got a double degree from Binus International and Swinberg Universities. His professional journey began at MakkiMakki, where worked with clients such as Esse and Djarum.
We’re all mates at Vasco. But our First Mate is the one who sets the working mood. Alvin is the sort of guy who picks the less-beaten path when traveling. He takes only his phone and strikes a conversation with anyone. Getting mugged in Oslo didn’t stop him — he’s an explorer at heart, for better or worse. His portfolio also speaks volumes: he was one of the early entrants at Go-Food as a Marketing Communication Executive, co-founded Alter Cotton Outfitters, and worked at HAI Magazine. When resting at port, Alvin can be found chinning beer while engaging in lively debates. Notable achievements:

Johan sails like a locomotive on full speed. He’s got a one-track mind to fulfill his client’s briefs, stopping only to drop knowledge bombs. Not even FIFA can distract him. It’s part scary, part impressive. After graduating with a double degree from Binus International and Northumbria Universities in 2013, Johan gained a lot of corporate experience. He spent time at Gazelle and Kinaya Agencies, working with the likes of Isyana Sarasvati. At Vasco, he can be found creating videos, packaging, and reporting back to his robot overloads.
The ship will never sink while Alex is here. We heard he had a life before Vasco. After graduating from ITENAS in 2015, he worked at Makkimakki on projects such as Wonderful Indonesia, Zuma sandals, and Binus University. He said he liked outdoor sports and enrolled in a jazz school. Legend is, he once rode across Sumatra on a motorbike. But now he’s the first to come and the last to leave at the office. He's just always there. Like a chair. Or a really dependable guy. Mostly a dependable guy. Notable Achievements:

We wonder about Christopher sometimes. He scouts the wild frontiers for ideas to explore, but left to his own devices, he’d probably float off to infinity and beyond. Can’t blame him — he’s lived to see the world. After graduating with a double degree from Binus International and Northumbria Universities with a double degree, Christopher worked at SOW as a graphic designer. He has had clients such as Bauhaus, Ling Ling, and Sofia Gunawarman. This free spirit also DJs in his free time and travels to off-the-map places. That’s why, if you catch us in the middle of a death-defying voyage, it’s probably Christopher’s fault. We let him because usually it turns out great in the end.
Aldi is one of two promising young members at Vasco. He graduated in 2017 from Bina Nusantara University and interned at Kamarupa. We’re glad to have him on board as a graphic designer with an interest in UI/UX and a vital job as the designated driver. Just because he’s quieter than the rest of us, doesn’t mean that he gets lost in the crowd. Look for the guy holding a guitar, channeling John Mayer. Approach carefully with an ironclad dental insurance. Symptoms of contact includes sugar-induced toothache.
He has his dad’s face tattooed on one arm and carries a son in the other. He cooks for his family and makes sure the guys at Vasco do their job properly. He’s daddy — literally. After graduating from Product Design and NAFA in 2014, Arwin has worked as brand manager for Bauhaus and Lingling at SOW, then as a freelance events photographer before starting his own food company called Oma Grace Kitchen. At Vasco, it's only natural that he's our Account Executive — he's so good with people, he convinced a beautiful woman to marry him!
Don’t let his clerki-ness fool you. Our analyst is a military-grade adrenaline junkie. He shoots, he nukes, he evicerates enemies — at Dota and Counter Strike, that is. He’s a gamer, OK? Maybe we’ll put him in charge of the cannons one day. But for now, he deals with data analysis and strategy. Bayu is young, but he’s used to playing with the big guys. He interned for Komatsu Astra Finance while finishing his degree in Branding at Prasetya Mulya University. Notable Achievements:
